Mary Cullen, Human Resources and Managing Director

Co-founder of Insight HR, Mary has over 15 years experience in Human Resources Management both as a HR Manager and a HR Consultant.  She has worked across the business, public service, community and voluntary sectors, with considerable experience in the field of human resources management.  A graduate of the National College of Ireland with a Diploma in Personnel Management, Mary is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.  She holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree from NUI Dublin, is qualified in Occupational Testing from the British Psychological Association and is a certified Trainer with the Irish Institute of Training and Development.  Mary specialises in redundancy management, employment law compliance, conflict management and senior executive recruitment.

She believes that “effective HR & People Development solutions increase the performance, focus and commitment of staff, providing a hugely positive spin-off for businesses and organisations as staff are re-energised and become more positive about their value in the workplace and the contributions they can make”.

Anne Weadick, Human Resources and Training Consultant

Anne has over 10 years experience in Human Resources and General Management.  She holds a Certificate in Personnel Practice from the National College of Ireland, is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is a qualified Trainer with the Irish Institute of Training and Development.  She is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Training and Development with the National College of Ireland.  Anne specialises in redundancy management and outplacement, employment law compliance, training and development and HR systems.

Liam Barton, Business Development Consultant

Liam has 13 years experience in Human Resources and Training. A graduate of UCD with a Bachelor of Commerce specialising in Human Resources Management, Liam is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.  Liam also holds a Diploma in Employment Law from the National College of Ireland. He works extensively with a broad range of businesses across all sectors.  Liam specialises in employment law compliance, executive recruitment, redundancy management and outplacement.
