Terms and Conditions

The following are the terms and conditions for use of the Insight HR website or any Website under the control of Insight HR (the "Website").

1. Any information you submit to the website will be held in the strictest confidence. Insight HR protects this information to the best of its abilities by assigning passwords and maintaining a secure “members only” site. By registering with the website you are confirming that, all forms on the website that send information to a database may be used in the future, e.g. mailing lists, registration, etc., by Insight HR. In no way will your personal information ever be used without your consent save as described above. Insight HR does not sell its name and address lists. Insight HR will restrict the sharing of any Data to employees, agents, consultants, or officers of Insight HR.

2. All products and all studies, reports, analyses and other data, information or materials created in whole or part using Data submitted to the website shall be and remain the sole property of Insight HR. None of the data will be returned to users or members. Insight HR will do its utmost to keep data secure as described in these terms and conditions but it will have no liability to users or members or any other party for failure to keep the data confidential or to otherwise handle or treat the data in any manner.

3. You are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your name or any account which is provided to you by Insight HR. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or any other breach of security.

4. Any costs shown on the Website for any products or access to any “members only” area will be as stipulated at the time when payment is made. We are entitled to make adjustments to the costs to take account of any increase in our own costs, or a change or imposition of any new taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the cost for the products or access on the Website is wrong.

5. You agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations and are solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under your usage, including the content of your transmissions through the Website.

6. All information, designs, drawings and other specifications provided on the Website are the exclusive property of Insight HR or its advertisers or associates. Any copying, transmission or re-transmission of the same requires the prior written approval of Insight HR or the appropriate entity who can only be contacted through Insight HR. Even if you are given permission to use any information or similar by becoming a member of the website Insight HR reserve the right to suspend that permission at its sole discretion. Any permission to use information or similar is restricted to the member only and that permission does not allow its use by any third parties.

7. We reserve the right at all times to place advertisements and promotions on the Website. Advertisers and sponsors on the Website are solely responsible for complying with all laws (where relevant) and we exclude all liability howsoever caused there from.

8. The information contained in the Website is for information purposes only and, although we have made every effort to ensure the correctness of the information contained herein, the information available through the Website is provided without warranties or conditions of any kind either express or implied. We accept no liability in relation to any of the above other than as may be provided for under your statutory rights.

9. Web sites linked to by Insight HR are not under the control of Insight HR and Insight HR is not responsible for the content of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. Insight HR reserves the right to terminate any link or linking program at any time. Insight HR does not endorse companies or products to which it links and reserves the right to note as such on its web pages. If you decide to access any of the third party sites linked to this Site, you do this entirely at your own risk.

10. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall we be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of or the inability to use the Website, any changes to the Website, any material or data sent or received or not sent or received or for any of the above-mentioned damages that result from the use or inability to use the Websites. We expressly disclaim and exclude all express warranties and implied warranties. Neither Insight HR or any of its respective contributors advertisers representatives or similar shall be liable to you or any third party for any loss or injury arising out of the information or any actions taken or not taken in response to any information or your use of (or inability to use) this service to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. You acknowledge that content, including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics or other material contained in either sponsor advertisements or email-distributed, commercially produced information presented to you on the Website by Insight HR, or our advertisers or other content providers, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. Licenses, Permission and/or Rights Agreements will be required if you wish to download any information whatsoever from the website.

12. We reserve the right to change the terms of use or policies regarding the use of the Website (including, in particular, those relating to cost or availability) at any time and to notify you by posting an updated version of the terms of use on the Website.

13. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the website to allow for any site repairs, maintenance, updates or similar.

14. We may terminate the Website with or without cause at any time and effective immediately. In addition, we, in our sole discretion, may terminate your Account or membership at any time and for any reason and without any refund being paid. If you are not a current user then we reserve the right to refuse access to the websites and to refuse to allow you to become a member or open an account.

15. The terms of use shall be governed by and construed fully in accordance with the laws of Ireland to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
