The following are the terms and conditions for use of the Insight HR website or any Website under the control of Insight HR (the "Website").

1. Any information you submit to the website will be held in the strictest confidence. Insight HR protects this information to the best of its abilities by assigning passwords and maintaining a secure “members only” site. By registering with the website you are confirming that, all forms on the website that send information to a database may be used in the future, e.g. mailing lists, registration, etc., by Insight HR. In no way will your personal information ever be used without your consent save as described above. Insight HR does not sell its name and address lists. Insight HR will restrict the sharing of any Data to employees, agents, consultants, or officers of Insight HR.

None of the data will be returned to users or members. 4. Any costs shown on the Website for any products or access to any “members only” area will be as stipulated at the time when payment is made. We are entitled to make adjustments to the costs to take account of any increase in our own costs, or a change or imposition of any new taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the cost for the products or access on the Website is wrong.
