How does it work? 

  • You select the level of the position
     
  • You select approximately five core competencies, behaviours and skills required specifically for the position
     
  • Online Recruiter will propose a set of specific and relevant questions per competency, behaviour or skill
     
  • You select the questions to use in the interview from the automatically generated list.  You can customise these questions if required
     
  • When you have completed your selection Online Recruiter will generate your interview pack for you to save and print


What are competencies?

A competency is defined as a behaviour or characteristic required by an employee to complete specific tasks to a required level.  Examples of competencies include organisation skills, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving.
