Methodology

Insight HR’s Union Negotiation Training for the non-HR Manager helps to develop and enhance the negotiation skills of the participants.

This programme provides an opportunity to build confidence, augment existing skills and formulate new ideas, within a balanced mix of learning styles.   Interactive role play scenarios and one-to-one negotiation practise are included, with group discussion and theoretical input. Participants will gain valuable insights by negotiating from both a trade union and management perspective and will receive constructive individual feedback on their negotiation skills.
